Beginning February 6, the Constitution Revision Commission will hold a public hearing tour on proposals they plan to adopt that could potentially affect critical civil liberties in Florida. We are working with partner organizations across the state to mobilize thousands of people to tell the commission we oppose any attack on our constitutional rights.

You can work to protect and preserve our constitutional rights by showing up at the Commission hearings and contacting the commissioners by phone or email.

Below is a list of the public hearings that are happening across the state. Sign up to let us know if you’ll be able to attend a hearing in your city. Even if it’s just for one hour, your presence at these public hearings is critical. Once you sign up, an ACLU of Florida organizer will reach out to you with more details.
