Censors free speech and expression of state and local government employees and contractors by preventing adults from providing their own pronouns if they do not match the sex assigned on their birth certificate.  Prohibits state and local government employers from taking adverse personnel actions against biased employees who create a hostile work environment for LGBTQ individuals if such hostility is related to the employees personal “biology-based beliefs.” Prohibits state and local government entities, nonprofits and employers that receive state funding from requiring employees to attend any training regarding gender identity and sexual orientation.
