The City of Miami sought to dissolve the Pottinger consent decree concerning the treatment of individuals experiencing homelessness in Miami. On February 15, 2019, the district court terminated the decree. We appealed and filed our opening brief on September 13, 2019. Briefing is complete, and oral argument is set for September 21, 2020 in Miami.
