YOUR GENEROSITY MAKES THIS WORK POSSIBLE.

Every day, the ACLU of Florida defends the rights and freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution by challenging unconstitutional laws, protecting the right to vote, safeguarding free speech, advancing racial justice, defending LGBTQ+ equality, protecting reproductive freedom, and ensuring that every person is treated with dignity under the law. Your generosity makes this work possible.

Whether you're making your first gift, becoming a monthly supporter, joining our leadership giving society, making a tribute gift in honor or memory of someone special, donating appreciated stock or other assets, including the ACLU of Florida in your estate plans, recommending a grant through your donor-advised fund, directing your IRA Qualified Charitable Distribution, partnering through your family foundation, or making a transformational investment, there is a meaningful way for every supporter to stand with us.

However you choose to give, your philanthropy provides the resources we need to respond immediately when civil liberties are threatened while building the long-term capacity to protect the rights of every Floridian for generations to come. Explore the giving opportunities below and discover how you can make a lasting impact. Gifts to the ACLU of Florida Foundation help fund our legal and public education work and are tax-deductible. TRIBUTE GIFTS

As of July 1, 2025, the Florida legislature instituted changes to the law that affect charitable organizations by prohibiting the solicitation or acceptance of funds from individuals or entities associated with a "foreign source of concern," defined in the statute to include the governments, official political parties or party members, entities organized under or doing business in (including subsidiaries, agents or affiliates), individuals who are not U.S. citizens or U.S. permanent residents domiciled in, the following designated countries: China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Venezuela (specifically, the Venezuelan regime of Nicolás Maduro), and Syria -- or individuals or entities "controlled" by one of the above parties that holds at least a 25% interest or voting control or any representative or intermediary acting on behalf of the aforementioned.

I certify that neither I nor any entity I control is a “foreign source of concern” as defined in Fla. Stat. § 496.404, and that this contribution is not made on behalf of such a source. I further certify that no foreign source exercises 25% or more voting or profit control over any entity through which this contribution is made. I understand that misrepresentation may subject me to penalties under Florida law.
