Bans abortion after 6 weeks, before most people even know they are pregnant.

Criminalizes bystanders who film or stand within 30 feet of police officers or other first responders engaging in excessive use of force and thus makes it harder to hold bad actors accountable by ensuring there is no eyewitness or video evidence.

Significantly and dangerously expands the Governor’s police power and enforcement authority through reviving the dormant Florida State Guard and enlarging its capacity from 400 to 1500 members, increasing its budget by $85 million, and adding aviation and maritime equipment.

Criminalizes Floridians who shelter, support, and provide transportation to undocumented immigrants, including those who have overstayed their visa or who have lived in Florida for decades and have US born children.

Dictates what courses of study college students could choose to pursue, prohibiting fields of study involving race and gender studies.

Doubles down on banning classroom discussions related to sexual orientation and gender identity in schools through the 8th Grade, and thereafter if the state deemed it “inappropriate.”

Requires sex ed programs to teach that sex is determined by reproductive function at birth and is binary and unchangeable and to use only materials approved by the state Department of Education.

Defunds our public schools and diverts billions of public taxpayer dollars to mostly private Christian religious schools that lack standards of accountability, and have a history of discriminating against LGBTQ+ students, students of minority religions, and students with disabilities.

Increases the share of vote required to pass a state constitutional amendment to 66.67%.
