May open the door for civil lawsuits for damages against pregnant person who terminated their pregnancy or miscarried or against health care provider providing abortion care.

Bans all abortions in Florida beginning at the moment of fertilization. Removes existing exceptions for rape, incest, and human trafficking. Redefines “person” to include the moment of fertilization and beyond.

Significantly increasing criminal penalties based on the county in which the offense was committed.

Sweeping anti-trans bill that prevents individuals from having their gender identity listed on their driver license or government identification card and instead requires the use of sex assigned at birth.

Allows sororities and fraternities and other “single-sex” campus organizations to deny membership to transgender students and protects such organizations that openly discriminate against transgender students from adverse actions.

Prohibits Local Governments, Public Schools and Public Universities from displaying flags expressing viewpoints regarding race, gender or sexual orientation (e.g., Black Lives Matter or Pride flags).

Joint Resolution thwarting the will of the people by making it harder for Floridians to pass constitutional amendments safeguarding our basic liberties (voting access, public education, health care access, reduction of poverty, employment opportunities, and environmental protections).

Removes requirement for counties to use the most efficient and accurate ballot counting process. Current Florida Statutes require that counties must use electronic tabulation voting systems, which research has shown is more accurate and efficient than counting ballots by hand.

Requires law enforcement be stationed inside polling places while voting is taking place. Current law does not allow law enforcement to be inside polling places unless they are there for the purpose of voting or if they have the clerk’s permission.
