Criminalizes Immigrants for Trying to Reside in the US and Reunite With Their Families If They Have Been Deported

Prohibits and criminally punishes persons who are denied admission to or are deported from U.S. from entering or residing in this state, regardless of whether their children or spouses are still in the United States or whether their deportation was warranted or whether they face lethal persecution in their home country.
