Position Overview
The Individual Giving Officer (IGO) is a key member of the Development Department, reporting to the Director of Philanthropy. This role focuses on cultivating and stewarding relationships with mid-level donors, ensuring their ongoing support for the ACLU’s work. The IGO is also responsible for implementing a comprehensive program of stewardship and donor relations for the ACLU of Florida’s top donors. The IGO will draft donor communications, manage a portfolio of donors, and engage in direct interactions to inspire and increase donor contributions. This position can be remote anywhere in Florida or based in our Miami office and requires occasional travel within the state, with possible out-of-state travel for training.
