ACLU to Hold News Conference
Action on Governor Scott’s Executive Order Mandating Suspicionless Drug Testing of State Employees

Miami – The American Civil Liberties Union of Florida will host a news conference and media conference call to announce action regarding Governor Scott’s Executive Order 11-58 which mandated drug testing of state employees without regard to suspicion.
