Empowers the state to investigate families who provide gender affirming care for their trans kids and remove the kids from their supportive families. Among other things, it criminalizes parents and doctors for providing gender-affirming care and allows a non-supportive parent to have an upper hand in child custody disputes if the other parent is supportive of their trans child’s health care.
