If I have objections to the proposed changes, how can I let the Court know about them?

There are several ways:

  •  Print this form and mail your objections directly to:Clerk United States District Court 400 N. Miami Avenue, FL 33128
Mail them in time for them to arrive by February 14. Just having your letter postmarked February 14 will not be enough.
  • Submit them in writing, in person, to the Court, at the Clerk’s office at the above address. Note: You will have to pass through security to enter the Courthouse and will not be allowed to bring a cellphone or other electronic device into the Courthouse.
  • Give them in writing to the ACLU of Florida by mail or by hand. The ACLU must receive them no later than February 12 to be able to file them for you with the court. The ACLU of Florida’s Main Office address is:

4343 W. Flagler St., #400, Miami, FL 33134
