Update: The Volusia/Flagler Chapter's 2022 annual meeting and board elections on Sunday, April 24, will take place via Zoom.
The event is open to all ACLU members and supporters in Volusia and Flagler counties. This year's keynote speaker is Daniel Tilley, legal director of the ACLU of Florida, who will discuss the ACLU of Florida's legislative achievements and challenges moving forward.
At this meeting, we will present this year's Bob Stevenson Civil Libertarian of the Year Award to Jack Petocz, a high school student, activist and organizer. We will also present the three finalists and winner of our Cary Ragsdale Future Voter Essay Contest.
