The Northeast Florida Chapter invites you to attend our virtual annual meeting and board election on Wednesday, April 7.

Event is free, but RSVP is required. A webinar registration link will be provided prior to the event. Space may be limited.
For those interested in applying to join the chapter’s board of directors, please please submit a one page resume no later than March 30, 2021 to FirstCoastACLU@gmail.com, to the attention of Nominating Committee Chair Lanelle Phillmon. Your resume should include name, email, phone number, county of residence, and any civic or community involvement with business or professional organizations that you have had in the past or present along with your reason for desiring to become a board member. All qualified candidates will be considered. Please note: Board members are elected by the membership.
To be eligible for consideration for a chapter board position, candidates must:
- Be a current member of the ACLU as of March 30, 2021 (to join go to https://action.aclu.org/give/florida-join-renew-today)
- Reside or work in a Northeast Florida Chapter area (Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, St Johns)
After the new board members are selected, the election of chapter officers will be held at a separate meeting.
