For the 2012 Legislative Scorecard, all of Florida's legislators are scored by taking the average of five votes on key ACLU issues from the legislative session. The legislators must have voted on at least four out of the five issues in order to be scored.

Note: This legislative scorecard is intended to be used as a resource to better assist constituents in working with their elected officials. The ACLU is non-partisan and does not endorse or financially support any candidate for elected office.
