Nikhel Sus serves as Senior Counsel, Complaints & Litigation at Citizens for Responsibilty and Ethics in Washington (CREW). Prior to joining CREW, Nikhel worked as a Trial Attorney at the Department of Justice in the Civil Division’s Federal Programs Branch. Sus previously served as Counsel at WilmerHale LLP. Sus clerked for Judge Reggie B. Walton of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, and Judge John T. Copenhaver of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. Sus graduated from George Washington University Law School, and the College of Charleston.
