HIV Prevention

Citing this act as the "HIV Prevention Justice Act"; providing that it is a felony for certain persons who have human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection to donate human tissue to persons who are not HIV infected, with an exception; providing that certain actions are not sufficient evidence to establish intent on the part of the person who transmits the disease.
