Makes it harder for Floridians to prevail on citizen-led constitutional amendments and undermines our constitutional right to direct democracy. Among other things, it requires sponsors to post a $1 million bond before petition gathering even begins, discontinues the ability of certain petition collectors to collect petitions, and increases penalties for technical violations related to initiative petitions.
