Taylor Swink is the South Florida Regional Organizer for the ACLU of Florida. Taylor was born in the rural Midwest and attended Missouri State University where he earned a BFA in Theatre and Dance Performance. He has since served in a variety of community organizing, political consulting, and campaign direction roles in all regions of the continental United States, as well as New Zealand and Colombia. His international advocacy efforts has been focused heavily on human rights issues facing refugee populations and environmental sustainability legislation, while his domestic experience has revolved around immigrants' rights, criminal justice reform, and many other topics.
Taylor enjoys creating and experiencing all disciplines of art, travelling, vegetarian gastronomy, studying languages, culture, history, and spirituality, and making new friends.
