Rose Evans serves as HR Equity & Inclusion Manager for the ACLU of Florida since October 2021. Her goals include growing the HR division and Training & Development team. Rose has over 15 years of diverse Human Resources experience and is a subject matter expert in the areas of HR Diversity and best practices, HR infrastructure, and policy and procedure development.
Prior to taking on her current role, Rose served as Vice President of Business Development / Director of HR Consulting at Wealth Building CPA, providing strategic HR support and acting as a team mentor and escalation point.
Rose began her career in the service industry for, developing centralized disciplinary procedures for a team of 40 and one corporate office as an Jr. Executive Recruiter & Employee Relations Representative. She then moved to the private sector nonprofit PSI Inc., where she spent four years counseling, advising, and directing management and staff on employee relations and quality assurance.
Rose also serves as the Volunteer Board President of Frenchman Creek a privately-owned association community in suburban Maryland.
Rose earned a B.S. in Human Resource Management from University of Maryland College and is pursuing a double master’s in public administration from University of Baltimore. Rose is also an America Red Cross Club Coordinator and active in her local church. She resides in the Doral area, FL, and spends her weekends in the DMW with her husband, two children, and her father.
