Nikki Cox joined the ACLU of Florida staff in May 2012 as Annual Fund Officer and now serves as the Director of Philanthropy. Prior to starting this position, she worked for five years as Development and Public Education Associate at the ACLU of Alabama. A native of Georgia, Nikki received a degree in Finance and Management from Georgia Southern University and a law degree from The University of Georgia School of Law, where she focused on public interest law. Before joining the ACLU, she worked with various organizations on issues related to capital punishment, homelessness, and indigent legal services. As a member of the ACLU of Florida’s Development team, Nikki keeps our supporters informed and asks them to help fund the critical and ground breaking civil liberties work of the ACLU.
