Need Help with your Civil liberties?

Since 1920, the American Civil Liberties Union has been a staunch defender of the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights contained therein.
Whatever legal contests we undertake are based not on an assessment of the worthiness or merits of individuals and their concerns, but on whatever broad and essential challanges to the constitution that may be raised in the issues involved.

If you believe your situation falls within this area, please submit the facts and details of your situation to our intake office at the Florida ACLU. It will be reviewed, and a decision will be made, as to whether or not further involvement is warranted.  Fill in the complaint form here:  ACLU of Florida complaint form

Please do not contact board members or officers. The legal panel acts on the recommendation of the Florida office.
