Press Advisory: ACLU suit to challenge Miami-Dade Cuba Ordinance

The ACLU of Florida (Greater Miami Chapter) will hold a press conference to announce the filing of a class action lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of Miami-Dade County's "Cuba restrictions" and its "Cuba affidavit," which is required of any group wishing to apply for County cultural grants or seeking to use County facilities.

The 5th floor conference room of the ACLU of Florida (The Chesterfield Smith Center for Equal Justice, 3000 Biscayne Blvd.)

To announce the filing of the lawsuit and introduce plaintiffs in the case
