Get Help - How to Request ACLU Intervention

If you believe that your civil rights have been violated in Broward County, you may:

1. Write a concise letter explaining your case and send it to:

Include your name, phone number, address and e-mail (if you have one).

A letter is the preferred method of contact.

2. Or, call the Broward Chapter office: 954-753-ACLU (2258).  When you speak with someone or leave a message please be sure to include:

* Name

* Phone number (and time) where you can be reached

* A "brief" summary of your case

3.  If you believe your civil rights have been violated but your case is not within the jurisdiction of Broward County, contact the ACLU of Florida state office and they will be able to direct your call.
