How to Request ACLU Intervention

If you believe that your civil rights have been violated in Brevard County, you may:

1. Write a concise letter explaining your case and send it to:

     Brevard Chapter, ACLU of Florida
     P.O. Box 153
     Melbourne, FL 32902

Include your name, phone number, address and e-mail (if you have one).

A letter is the preferred method of contact.

2. Or, send your concise letter explaining your case via e-mail to: thecitizen@cfl.rr.com

3. Or, call the Brevard Chapter office: (321) 768-6262.  When you speak with someone or leave a message please be sure to include:

* Name

* Phone number (and time) where you can be reached

* A "brief" summary of your case

If you believe your civil rights have been violated but your case is not within the jurisdiction of Brevard County, contact the ACLU of Florida state office and they will be able to direct your call.
